Yes that’s the main hurdle. WA election is around a year away now. Do they attempt substantial commencement Path with EPA beforehand or is the EPA infiltrated with crazy greenies who would decline in an instant? I reckon they are going to wait it out and hope for a change of government. The polls 6 months ago looked strong for LNP but it’s evened out a bit in the last polling so it could go either way. Still a year and a lot can change within the electorate. This is the one thing preventing this stock from going crazy and multi bagging.
The positive for TOE is that a lot of commodities, mainly base metals, Ni, Cu, Pb etc plus Li have really fallen off and a lot of financiers are pulling out and mines are shutting down. This will give TOE plenty of positive movements in relation to construction contracts, personnel, skills, electorate sentiment for pro U etc. The more demand means the better choice for the most competitive deals once we start development. Not all is negative but managements timing and relations with institutions is very sus imo. Retail have been screwed over for years. Now back to rock bottom share prices.
