Has Sprott secretly been buying TOE?, wouldn’t they have to lodge a substantial holder notice themselves if above 5% ownership?

Toro has moderate risk but if you crunch the numbers even with political risk it’s the highest reward U junior in the world.
If you have a large ETF, any potential loses on TOE would be balanced out by gains on other plays, so you feel comfortable taking a sizeable position. It’s all about probabilities after all.
