I think we can put together 5% of BSX equity from the fuming Hotcopper and Twitter user base to begin the 249d process. Ideally, it's initiated with the help of instos just to ensure the process is well supported and carried forward.
Downvoting the free share incentive of the directors at the AGM after a disgraceful FY23 performance is a good first step by the intos I believe. They may already consider spilling the board, but obviously a gentle reminder from retail holders is always nice too.
