Ask yourself a serious question with the market cap currently circa 900 million a 30 percent premium will put the value near 1.2 billion plus satisfaction of any debt.
I don't know how much that is without checking bit im guessing even after liabilty management exercises its still several hundred million giving a take out price of 1.5 billion.
Who in their right mind is going to pay that for a FSP with an erratic financial performance and is exposed to both interest rates and stuttering economy.
Block shareholders have already opined that Afterpay is worthless , do you see another dumb acquisition.
