when I saw KKR on the register I thought interesting development, but it appears that KKR are just partnering with Veritas to take a 50% stake in Cotiviti (these are huge numbers........valuing Cotiviti at USD10bn!!)
I'm just not sure how a small investment by Cotiviti (valued at ~AUD12m or USD 8m will factor into Veritas/KKR's grand plans with Cotiviti so this might not be a positive outcome if they decide to offload the stake
a lot of unknowns, but you'd want to hope the positive 1H24 results might prod Cotiviti to look at this investment with fresh eyes and potentially push more business this way (??)
