No shares were sold, bought or changed hands, it's a reporting update to mention the new orgs that now have a bite of Cotiviti.

I doubt anything will change. Selling off their investment in MDR might pay for an Exec bonus, a few months of cloud hosting or a long lunch. With the MedAdvisor business taking Adheris from a clunky paper based mailer to digital and all the benefits and optimisations with analytics, aligns with Cotiviti's vision.
I'm also not sure why this announcement triggered a buying...
