Yes @telamelo, Sydney-based funds manager Hunt Prosperity's Investius PB Micro Cap has emerged as a substantial shareholder after a number of buys earlier in February which took their stake to 9 million shares, or 5.26% of KAU.
the fund issued an information memorandum about a year ago. Key excerpts of that are reproduced here.
"The funds objective is to identify (micro-cap) companies with strong fundamentals, a proven business model and a clear growth strategy.
"The fund will focus on companies with strong revenue and earnings growth potential, as well as a favourable industry outlook.
"The funds manager (is) seeking to hold investments for a minimum of three years."
