On a side note, I'm little surprise there hasn't been a few online articles/news/media mentioning that JPM have picked up MIN's holding of AZS. Unless I've missed it.... Has anyone read anything specific to JPM picking up the shares?

If JPM play hard ball then the outcome may become unpredictable. JPM can effectively block the takeover if they really want to. No idea if they will play hardball or not and if they do not block the TO they will earn a nice profit which maybe all they are really after.

I must admit it is an unusual move by JPM to take such a big and strategic stake.
