JPM might be trying to extract a higher price for their 15.01% from BidCo. Otherwise, the way I read this, the $3.70 scheme appears to be DOA unless JPM fall under "respective Associates", meaning that they are acting under instruction in a non-competing manner.

Either way, AZS should address this publicly as it has had a material impact on the share price imo.
