W.B. resigns and therefore frees up a 1.7m share voting block. A falling share price since the agm seems to be fully endorsed by CUV management and surprise, surprise, a new substantial holder is able to join the party at very favourable pricing levels while all retail holders who came on board in the last 5 years are under water and perhaps under selling pressure.
A wild conspiracy theorist might see a stronger management friendly voting block being formed to counter the chance of a 2nd strike upsetting the gravy train.
