It has a very high probability of going through, but I wouldn't say it is a certainty.
Oh well, if you have a lazy few mill lying around, 5% ain't bad at all, especially if you can afford to lose 30-40% on it (in the event of a failure to close for whatever reason) and/or sit pat for the long-term anyway.
