    MEO declares Blackwood-1 a discovery well

    " Sydney - Tuesday - March 11: (RWE Aust Business News) - MEO
    Australia (ASX:MEO) has completed a series of logging runs and recovered
    hydrocarbons to surface at the Blackwood-1 well.
    Additionally a number of core samples are being analysed.
    Initial gas analysis has confirmed the gas is relatively dry and
    contains carbon dioxide in the 25-30 per cent range.
    A formal declaration of discovery has been made to the designated
    authority and the well will be plugged and abandoned as planned.
