Ah … but with tax credits even a “small” profit is amplified during a ramp up stage while the true underlying profit is developed. I think maybe some forget that tax credits of these types are an important part of that ramp up “financing”… perhaps assumptions of profit and loss are being made to simplistically for what will really occur
