Correct that is what's in the ASX reporting requirements, but they will usually just report once they reach the new position they intend on taking. So if they are increasing to 7% they report once they reach it. It lessens the amount of frivolous notices. There may be a mandatory time frame in which they need to report by but I'm not sure.
