That is the stock market.
If they see further upside, then no reason to sell.
My understanding is Vanguard don't really do a lot of short term speculative trading, they manage low risk ETF funds and would just be chasing longer term value. That doesn't mean they can't sell if their outlook for A2M changes. It's a free country.
