The fine of 350m would only be just if it was on top of what they profited doing the monitoring. What I am getting at is if they know they were doing something illegal, they need to find out what amount of money they profited doing it. Then add the 350m fine on top of that amount. Because if they made 700m doing it and got a 350m fine, they still made 350m profit. They will keep doing these shady tactics until they are SEVERELY punished in the wallet. Just me.
