Yeah but you most likely bought when SYA had a higher market cap than its total equity, at these prices even if SYA goes bankrupt ill make money, why do you think Fisker only went to 14c its because they have a total equity of around $80m 14c sent them to around 60m market cap, that was a discount in the case of bankruptcy so that whoever bought would make some money. Even though they were rumored to go bankrupt it still only went down to over half of their total equity, it seems like shorters are pricing in for SYA to do a capital raise I think, theres no reason for it to be down this far otherwise. If SYA can get an OTA or even sell some product at a profit it will send SYA well north from here.
