That they are ... They shorted PNA from $1.25 all the way down to 8 cents.
Did a deal with the company to refinance their loan with them and collected again with millions of options.
That what they do .. big money always rips off the Aussie company's and shareholders/
Shorting should be knocked out and made illegal
