Even though they were rumored to go bankrupt it still only went down to over half of their total equity, it seems like shorters are pricing in for SYA to do a capital raise I think, theres no reason for it to be down this far otherwise. If SYA can get an OTA or even sell some product at a profit it will send SYA well north from here.

Now that the manipulators have departed and all the stock has been absorbed, I anticipate a positive rebound in the near future.
