Perhaps have a closer look at the document. The date of notification was 15 March 2024, but their last acquisition on the document was 29 January 2024 and lists transactions from 17 November 2023. Of those transactions, 44 931 shares were borrowed and 149 671 were 'purchase'. Any questions asked by ASX or ASIC as to why the delay and the rationale for the frequent changes in their holding status? Oh, sorry, I forgot that retail shareholders are totally unimportant in the scheme of things other than funding the profits of major institutions. Never any 'please explains' from ASX or ASIC.
So much for open and transparent actions of the ASX. I guess some of these major institutions are unable to afford a competent accountant who can keep accurate records of their transactions and whether they are above or below the threshold of being a substantial shareholder. OR maybe they just don't realize until it is a convenient time to notify the ASX.

Maintain your rage with these detritus feeders who prosper at the expense of retail shareholders and do everything to bring them to account. A Royal Commission into the major banks revealed some of the games they play, maybe a similar process is required to clean up things here.
