On balance it is hard to see all these significant holder notices as anything but a positive sign.
It is not like any of these institutions are exclusively shorting the company.
If my read of the GS announcement is correct then I think even they are like 80% long / 20% short or something along those lines. They are called 'hedge' funds for a reason. But the prevailing assumption seems to be that they are in line to benefit most if the SP goes up, whereas they have contingency in place in case risks materialise.
