    Well, they are relying on Telcos to give them the details, from around the globe.. Have you ever trying to get anything out of telco?
    for example. I'm with Telstra. Biggest telco in the county (I assume), they should be able to provide the best service.
    I just logged onto my account, to check my usage, which I have to admit, I don't think I've done in years. This is what I just got:

    Imagine doing that for multiple telcos in multiple countries. And will they all be as advanced, well funded as Australia's biggest telco??

    I'm not trying to excuse UNT, they really should have their finger on the pulse of the subscription business. I just don't think it's as easy as we think it should be. My understanding is that they don't deal directly with the subscribers. All of the payment & signups is done via the telco of the country they are working in.
