Well, all you've got to "blame" at the moment is the market!!! It's being, what it was designed to do, be a market where people who want to sell their shares and want nothing to do with the company, and we KNOW who they are and how many, and people who want to buy them. At the moment it's at a balance and until the sellers die off and/or the buyers want more, what you get now is what you get. They "SHOULD" be at .009, if it was a by the book CR, it was cheap, but, it's still at the same price. Count your blessings.
Patience, it WILL happen and you will rue all that lost energy.
