It sounded like they disagreed on the approach towards NVISO, so I suspect they have broader issues with the direction the company is going. If so they probably do want out because they don't have confidence in what we're doing and don't think it'll make money. But hey that's what a market is. And right it looks like pretty much nobody apart from holders thinks this is going anywhere, or they'd be buying and bidding price up. Frustrating but it is what it is.
