IMHO, River Capital don't care about overhangs. To me this looks like a play to acquire the company at a cheap price. More volume going through today. This is starting to get interesting.
Another special cross at 8c for $222k worth. Seems like any volume at all and they buying. Now they would have over 20%...requires a takeover offer.
