I don't see TAS participating in any merger of the MTJV other...

I don't see TAS participating in any merger of the MTJV other than that TAS as a CNJ shareholder will be diluted equally with all other CNJ shareholders.

TAS said in their HY financial report that they had limited funds to support CNJ .... hence a highly dilutive capital raising that will significantly consolidate CNJ ownership based on underwriting agreements..

MTJV has potential and yet to be defined value ... it's all about unlocking the geology with GSR & that will require a regeneration of the CNJ & GSR boards, careful review of all past drill results, carefull definition future drilling programs and control of spend.
