I reckon the developing situations globally impacting oil have played some part in them getting on board, as well as the broader appeal of KAR diversifying.
They've been invested in Horizon Oil since 2021, having 20% of the company, and Board representation! This begs the question will they stop here with 5% of KAR? Either way, we can only benefit from a quality Register.
Furthermore, Samuel Terry Asset Mgt were involved in Diamond Offshore Drilling emerging from bankruptcy in 2020, participating in a later Cap Raise and now hold 4%.

27.1% for the rest of this year would see us at $3.00. Though I'm anticipating somewhat more, barring catastrophic dramas in the field(s).
