Hi. I don't know, but often wondered exactly what does Vanguard have to report - especially during the period when its holdings are under 5%
Does it have to report all transactions since its last report if the previous report was ceasing to be a substantial holder?
For example, say a person becomes a substantial holder for the first time ever, does he have to report all his transactions from the year dot?
