Bolivianos and Freedom Trader both list Niv Dagan as a Director. Niv is the Executive Director at Peak Asset Management. I don't know the group but they seem to have significant backing. As @menaced said they must have "some knowledge of things, which we don't." Maybe the Wizard transaction will finally complete??
