At the very least an extremely wealthy investor has decided that LYC is a good enough business to own 5% of it. It's safe to say people like her do not deploy their capital unless they are confident enough in the business.
And even more likely that something is brewing in the non-China rare earth space and Lynas' shareholders might end up being big winners.
