Pilbrapros,
as it stands, the "original" plans for South Erregulla (SE) are in the bin since SE2 & 3 failed. That means the massive spend on a gas plant at SE is in the bin also. Thus, no need for a cap raise!!
That may change with info on the 24th but my guess is anything salvaged from SE will now be tied into whatever eventuates at WE as I can't see SE being a viable stand alone facility.
Depending upon what we learn on the 24th may or may not change my opinion.
