Yep but there isn't much Israel can do about it. As soon as a force that big crossed israelie air space towards Iran the whole world would know about it and they would be shot down either getting there or on the way home. The chance of catestrophic mission failure (and significant aircraft loss) is too risky even for Israel.
They cannot risk their reputation of invincibility and they must preserve their air force for fighting nearer neighbours and defending israel.....
