The entry of Gemcorp is big news. They are a large capital investor in Africa. Easily big enough to front the cash for mine expansion. Unlikely they would be grabbing 20% just to pick over the assets in a wind up.

lionoil, a local Sierra Leone oil company also getting 5% is interesting. lots of competing interest in SRX now.
