Based on the recent big buying at 14c I'd guess some manipulation. Big players doing both the buying and selling to shake the tree and scare retail holders into selling.
dump the price 30% and when it tentatively claws its way back to .125 or .13 over the next week or two retail holders will look at it as a good price exit.
if someone is willing to buy 20% of the stock at .14 then there is a good chance they value it at higher than that.
