Looks like SS borrowed a fair few shares, including from Sprott (URNM/URNJ ETFs), if I understand this correctly. Not sure Sprott should be lending out shares to SS who's likely to short BOE. Sure, they're getting some sort of compensation for lending, but short-selling might impact the ETFs value as well, if BOE tanks. Unless they think BOE won't tank, in which case they'll get the shares back and make some monies out of the lending agreement.
I'd suggest to keep an eye at shorting levels on shortman. Right now we're at 2.84% but trending up lately...
