Today, the Lone Star Conference (LSC) issued their press release for the agreement with Linius:

The release includes a sample highlight video created in Whizzard, featuring highlights from each of their 17 member institutions from the 2023/24 basketball season.
The service is currently available to LSC staff who have begun training and utilisation of the product. Highlight videos will be published in the leadup to the 2024/25 academic year, beginning with LSC football in August. This is Linius' second deployment in the NCAA, with each successful deployment making the next ones easier and faster.
LSC Commissioner Jay Poerner has been a great supporter of this new service, promoting Linius solutions within the NCAA and supporting Linius at the upcoming National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) conference in June. With the NCAA being a major target market, customer advocacy like this is the most powerful tool for in growing our penetration.

Whizzard will make it possible for our small media team to produce and publish highlight videos for the first time. We expect the efficiency of Whizzard to make a huge difference for our team and member schools. Whizzard is currently available to LSC staff for men's and women's basketball, with football to go live shortly. This will be our first deployment for American football which is the highest revenue generating sport globally. |
