My reading of the document regarding the 8 cent price, is that it is not the sell price, but the lowest price acceptable to TH.
Perhaps this is a clear statement making a point about leadership failure by the BoD.
Trojan and the participating S/Hs may be more ammenable to a S/H motion requesting letters of resignation from certain failing BoD members.
