    Imo, he,s wanted out since 2017, he got stuck when s/h refused the offer from Mac, the amount of shares he had he would have tanked the s/p and lost big time.
    The company has said they have had interest from others, I would imagine TH knows approx what others are prepared to pay, so he has been averaging down to sell at minimum loss or profit, imo.
