yeh, i saw that, any its not the .4 deciding to buy up either so its new buyers, i can tell by the orders in the .4 line near the top, hasent changed.
but to your point, dont think so, what we do know is whats said in announcements.
for example, TEG, say the are actively looking for assets, they announced fields near UK.
AK is saying the same in reports, actively looking, so some may or may not act on that.
but who knows
