Hello @max1997 . Together with Pioupiou's fullsome summary of shareholder dilution, its worth reading the entire ASX notice of substantial holder. The substantial notice has come about through this holder's subscription to a placement of new shares. So the 'pot' of WAK shares has now grown resulting in dilution to existing shareholders. Again reading the announcement WAK intends a further placement of new shares and then a share purchase plan. However as the intended value of the SPP is not equal to the value of the placements, then a further general dilution will occur. I trust that makes sense. Cheers.
