Let's say, just for shits and giggles, that they bought their 528 million shares for an average .035. This makes their outlay a rough $18.5 million.
What would be easier from this point, lend them to a related party and short them down by half to .0175 for a $9 profit? Or manipulate the price upwards to around .07 (should be easy enough to do with that volume of shares to play around with) and then start to sell down for a profit of $18 million.
