Not sure why anyone gets surprised when they see this. JP has been in the top 20 shareholders of Sayona for a while and as of the last publication sat at number 3 with 427,401,958 shares.
This noticed has them with an increased position of 528,078,050.
As the previous poster mentioned, It's up to Sayona to not give them a reason to short the stock.. all they're doing is their job, albeit a bit of a slimy one but it's common practice, it exists and ASX listed companies have to deal with it..
