The question that needs to be answered is where did the shares come from? I can only imagine that all and sundry are trying to get the share register into a high degree as it will be a key focal point.
Given there is relatively insignificant volume of free shares, to date all it looks like is trades amongst the majors for whatever reasons ... presumably different folk have different risk profiles in terms of how and what the transaction might look and end at.
Takeover ... who knows?
