I clearly specified as to why take 1 month time frame as it is in that time frame dumbest possible decision to take a debt of few hundred million and start paying 10.5% interest on the fund that you are not actively needing.
On top of this management decided to ignore clear shareholder decision to start paying tangible return on their investment in the form of dividend.
Shareholder confidence is a major thing for any mid or small cap if they need more insto to get into the game but none of the above activity in my opinion reflect that.
even your chart shows that last 2 months were even worst for KAR compared to WDS.
