Usually companies change their name to distract rather than to improve. However, given it's past, RFG needs to do just that - we need to change our name.
I spoke to the CFO a few months ago and he said recruitment & retention was challenging because nobody wants to work for a company with a colourful history. Changing our name might alleviate some of that.
A name change won't improve sales, something else we need to work on.
