From a quick internet search, United petrol stations have 450 sites and over 200 pie face stores.
Pie face looks like the advertise coffee, pies and doughnuts - very similar to our core brands.
Maybe they want to leverage RFG brands, I think the last annual report talked about finding new strategic partners.
Hard to read if it's a TO or if they want to use RFG brands. Worst case I'm hoping they agitate for dividends sooner rather than later.
