Thanks for the very informative article. The register screenshot is from Simply Wall Street. I guess they source their data from the same providers as everyone else. Given the widespread use of nominees/custodians it doesn't tell us who the beneficial holders are. The fact that directors of listed companies have difficulty being fully informed about their shareholder base raises many questions, particularly where voting power comes into play (the current shareholder vote at DRR comes to mind).

This forum has been a big learn for me. If L1 Capital hadn't breached the 5% shareholding, we would never have known. As beneficial owners they now rank as 4th largest holder.
