I held this stock for several years, primarily for the dividend. Like Hopeful, I sold earlier this year (March) @ $3.94.
I still closely follow.
I found this Form 603 quite puzzling when I first reviewed it, noting that they had acquired a 5.01% shareholding, as they have never been and still not recorded on the register as a holder. Annexure A records the actual registered holder/s:
L1 Capital manages the Long Short Fund (LSF). I was unable to ascertain whether they are long or short this stock. I'll leave it for others to determine the 'nature of their relevant interest' but it is worth noting that the average sell price was greater than the buy price. Short interest is also on the rise:
