novatti don't have the money ,you would need a financial institution to fund it .and shareholders .yet it is too far left field so i don't think it would ever happen.
i generally just stated that novatti has told its shareholders that the radi banking license they have they want to flog off 80% of it .... .
tyro payments are similar companies
