More likely to back in some business / idea with a heap of Vendor shares to his interests.
It will likely involve a prospectus and issue of shares (IPO) with a share consolidation. Some of us will likely end up with small parcels if say there is a 1 for 20 consolidation. This might take up to a year, maybe longer to gain ASIC and ASX approvals. Also they need to know the idea can be sold to the investment markets
